Why did I set up this community?

As a DEI professional and lecturer at the University of Amsterdam,
I have coached and interacted with lots of DEI professionals. And the one thing we all agreed upon was the lack of possibilities to exchange ideas and ask for advice with other DEI professionals.

To have a place where relevant research and best practices are shared to be able to learn, copy and reflect on my own ideas.

I have always enjoyed discussing things, but I love doing it even more, so I built it for you (and myself).
